I would not exist without the love and lives of all those who have come before me.

My ancestry can be traced back to the lands of Scotland, Ireland, Austria and France. I come from a line of scholars, teachers, priests, seers, mediums and artists. I have my Great Grandfather Fredrick and Grandfather Kenneth to thank for their consistent protection. My Grandmothers Myrna and Candace to thank for my strength of spirit and heart. My Father Paul to thank for playing the role of sacred villain in my story, as well as, for my deep sensitivity. My Mother Wendy to thank for everything that I am. My best friend Holly for lighting up the bridge to true safety and friendship. Each of these relationships are significant aspects of my web of life.

May those who have came before and those who will come after—join me in the gentle work of righting the wrongs of the past and ensouling the planet once again. May we all feel our own love.

None of us would exist without the love and lives of the natural world, Mother Earth and Father Sun.

The tree spirits that have held and watched over each of us. The river and water spirits that nourish all life. The wind spirits that usher in expansive change, forever propelling life itself forward. The fire spirits that alchemize darkness into light and food into sustenance. The sacred forces of light and dark, Mother and Father, Masculine and Feminine.
